All prices on Perfamin.com are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

8. Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, customers should receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, or another available communication method.

9. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment fails, the order may not be created or processed.

Perfamin will review the matter with the relevant payment provider and assist where possible.

10. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days after approval, depending on the bank, card issuer, Shopify payment flow, or payment provider processing times.

Refunds are only issued once the refund has been approved under the relevant Perfamin policy, such as the Return & Exchange Policy, or where required by applicable law.

11. Refund Method

Perfamin generally refunds customers using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

In some cases, depending on the payment provider, transaction status, gift purchase, promotional order, or system limitation, Perfamin may offer an alternative approved resolution.

This may include replacement, exchange, voucher, or store credit where appropriate and lawful.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a customer raises a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or payment provider, Perfamin may provide order, delivery, communication, and transaction records to the relevant payment provider for investigation.

13. Pricing Errors and Technical Issues

Perfamin makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices and checkout totals are accurate.

If a pricing, discount, payment, or checkout error occurs due to a technical issue, system error, or obvious mistake, Perfamin reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected order.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, Perfamin will refund the affected amount.

14. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

Perfamin is not responsible for payment delays, declines, or technical issues caused by third-party payment providers, banks, card networks, or customer financial institutions, but we will assist where reasonably possible.
