At Perfamin, we want you to choose your scent with confidence. Every full-size perfume order includes a complimentary sample vial so you can experience the fragrance before opening your full bottle.
This policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, and replacements work.
1. The Perfamin Confidence Guarantee
Every full-size bottle includes a complimentary 2ml sample vial.
Please test the sample before opening the full-size bottle.
You may return the full-size bottle if:
- The bottle is unopened
- The bottle is unused
- The seal is intact
- The product is in original packaging
- The request is within 14 days of delivery
2. Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- Sealed
- In original packaging
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes
- Broken seal products
- Missing packaging
- Sample vials
- Discovery sets
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Final-sale items
- Unauthorised third-party purchases
4. Fragrance Preference
Scent experience varies. Please test the sample before opening the full bottle.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

- Photos of product and packaging
- Description of issue

Do not send items before approval.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customer pays return shipping unless due to Perfamin error.
Trackable shipping is recommended.
8. Inspection and Approval
Returns may be refused if:

- Seal broken
- Not original condition
- Missing items
- Outside return period
9. Refunds
Processed to original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Delivery fees are usually non-refundable.
